About me

I’ve spent two decades working at the intersection of human behavior and complex technology. My background is in the "heavy lifting" side of design—environments where there is no room for error and the cognitive load is high.

Design, for me, isn't about the surface layer. It’s about the architecture of trust. As we move into the era of agentive AI and autonomous systems, my work focuses on making sure these powerful tools remain transparent, ethical, and easy to use. I bring a researcher’s curiosity and a senior leader’s pragmatism to every project, ensuring that we aren't just building "cool" tech, but solving real-world problems.
